| InSpire is the name given
to our Building Project. For many years, our current
facilities have needed expanding to allow for growth.
We are currently a Church of around 1400
people, although our main auditorium only holds 500
people at a time. We have managed through multiple services
and squashing together! A few years ago we were able
to buy the land opposite our current facililties, believing
God was leading us to significantly expand our facilities
on that site – remaining a city-centre congregation
in Nottingham.
The members of the Christian Centre have
already given and pledged around £4m to the project
and we have completed the initial design phase. The
new facilities will include an auditorium for 1600 worshippers,
children’s facilities, adequate breakout space,
a fairtrade coffee shop, car parking and a prayer room
with spectacular views over the city.
