Text for 2008

We continue to outwork our vision statement to Reach the Lost, Equip the Church and Serve the Poor. However, we have a specific text for 2008 based on John 1:14. Our text speaks of Jesus’ birth. A Saviour was promised for hundreds of years and then, at last, he came; in flesh and blood, into reality. In the same way, we are believing that God’s promises to us will become real in 2008 – even if we have been waiting for a long time.
